Help us find the issue
Include the email address associated with your account, the page you were using, and a short description of what happened. For billing questions, include the order number and purchase date.
Keep sensitive information private
Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or identity documents in your first message. You do not need to send your questionnaire answers to report a technical problem.
Account and privacy requests
You can delete individual saved assessments from My reports. For an account deletion, access, or correction request, contact support from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
